Medical Receptionist I
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience.
Medical Receptionist II
- Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of two years medical receptionist experience.
Medical Receptionist III

- Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-3 years previous years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist II.
Overview
Greets and appropriately directs patients via phone calls or direct contact. Maintains waiting room. Performs general clerical duties as needed. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
